Roadway Declared Road in South Auckland Land District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 320 of the Maori Land Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand declare that the land comprised in the roadway described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

South Auckland Land District

All that portion of roadway comprising 202 square metres, more or less, being part Rangiuru 1A3A, described in certificate of title 8B, folio 1348, in the South Auckland Land Registry and shown as Lot A on S.O. Plan 59069.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of May.
