Notice to Creditors to Claim

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 Liquidation Regulations 1994, and in the matter of Ocean Shipping Limited (in liquidation):

I, Laurence George Chilcott, a joint liquidator of the above-named company hereby fix 14 July 1995 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955.

Notice Calling Final Meeting

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of First City Corporation Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in the offices of Smith Chilcott, First Floor, General Buildings, 29 Shortland Street, Auckland on Wednesday, 21 June 1995 at 10.00 a.m.

Business:
(a) Having an account laid before the meeting showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Rowley Aviation Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch on the 22nd day of June 1995 at 11.00 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the properties of the company have been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:
To resolve, pursuant to section 328 (1) (b), that the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the company and of the liquidator as he thinks fit.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote for them. A proxy need not be a member.
