Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

The Pacific Island Business Development Trust, incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 26th day of May 1995, it appointed Paul Harris, chartered accountant and Paul Benjamin Friedlander, solicitor, both of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Sherwood Furniture Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of February 1992, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets, relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Sherwood Furniture Limited.

Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of June 1995, Messrs John Joseph Creghton and Jennifer Mary Gillies, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Gala Pine Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 30th day of August 1993, given by that company. The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
