Declaration That Land Shall be a Walkway

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Taupo District Council on the 19th day of April 1995:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Taupo District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (site for pre-school) reserve within the meaning of section 23 of the said Act.”
