Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
St John’s College, Hastings.
The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 23rd day of May 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.

Revocation of Prohibition on the Prescribing of Medicines
Pursuant to section 48 (3) of the Medicines Act 1981, I, Maurice Donald Williamson, Associate Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby revoke the notice, referred to in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting David Spencer Gilgen, medical practitioner of Huntly, from prescribing benzodiazepine medicines and their derivatives.

Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Maurice Donald Williamson, Associate Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby revoke the notice, referred to in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting David Spencer Gilgen, medical practitioner of Huntly, from prescribing controlled drugs.

Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977
Permission to Conduct Within New Zealand a Lottery Conducted Outside New Zealand
Pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, I, Warren Cooper, Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit Ideadata Publishing, South Africa, to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme to promote the sales of the 1995 Rugby World Cup Souvenir Programme.

Conditions
The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:
(1) Ideadata Publishing will not conduct the lottery within New Zealand after 3 June 1995.
(2) The results of the lottery will be published in the New Zealand Sunday Star Times on 4 June 1995.
(3) New Zealand winners shall not be subject to any disadvantage as a result of winning a prize. All freight, customs, handling and delivery charges and any insurance costs to cover theft or damage to prizes coming from outside New Zealand will be met by Ideadata Publishing, South Africa. If a New Zealander wins the major prize all airfares from New Zealand to South Africa will be paid by Ideadata Publishing, South Africa.
(4) A New Zealand participant shall have a chance of winning which is equivalent to that of an overseas participant.
