Acting under authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 95 of the Education Act 1989, I publish the following notice:

Notice

1. This notice shall be cited as the Kingslea School Board of Trustees Notice 1995. This notice shall take effect on the day after its publication.

2. The Kingslea School Board of Trustees shall be constituted as follows:

• 3 members nominated by the Department of Social Welfare and appointed by the Minister of Education;
• up to 2 further members may be co-opted by the board.

3. The composition of the Kingslea School Board of Trustees, as a special institution under the control of the Director-General of Social Welfare, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 April 1992, page 1167, is hereby revoked.
