Corsair Timber Products Limited
Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Bruce McCallum and David Ross Petterson, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Corsair Timber Products Limited on the 24th day of May 1995, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture, dated the 26th day of August 1992.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
The offices of the receivers and managers are McCallum Petterson & Co., Chartered Accountants, Level Eight, City Tower, 95 Customhouse Quay (P.O. Box 3156), Wellington. Telephone: (04) 499 7796. Facsimile: (04) 499 7784.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
In pursuance of the powers contained in deed of debenture, dated 14 December 1988, given by Aoere Mining Limited to Lindsay Guy Herron, the said Lindsay Guy Herron of Queenstown, company director, gives notice that on 29 May 1995 he appointed Barry Charles Thomas, accountant of Queenstown, receiver of Aoere Mining Limited in respect of all its assets and undertakings including (but not by way of limitation) mining licence 321615 under the Mining Act 1971, registered in the Dunedin Land Registry under certificate of title 6A/782, commonly known as “the McRaes Licence”, mining licence 322669 under the Mining Act 1971, registered in the Dunedin Land Registry Office under certificate of title 2C/1158, commonly known as “the Hazel’s Terrace Licence”, associated mining equipment and a chose in action being certain funds owed to Aoere Mining Limited by March Mining Limited totalling approximately $60,000.
Further particulars can be obtained from the receiver, whose address is McCulloch and Partners, Accountants, 34 Camp Street (P.O. Box 64), Queenstown.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to the Receivership Act 1993
Winston Leonard Kerry and Patricia Roseanne Kerry of Ngaruawahia, hereby gives notice that on the 24th day of May 1995, they appointed John Kenneth Slavich and Bryan Charles White, both chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property of Kiddie Care Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton. The appointment was made under a debenture dated the 7th day of August 1990.
