Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 20th day of March 1995, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 30th day of March 1995, No. 28 at page 854, by omitting from the Second Schedule the following:
