Queensgate Holdings Limited is liquidating each of its subsidiaries, Queensgate Centre Limited, Queensgate Two Limited and Queensgate Three Limited. The public notice concerning the appointment of liquidators follows this notice.

The companies being liquidated are all solvent and their liquidation is voluntary. Following their liquidation Queensgate Holdings Limited will own the centre in its own name. The remaining obligations of the companies being liquidated will be met by Queensgate Holdings Limited. The centre will continue to be managed by Retail Holdings Management Limited.
