Notice of Validation of Irregularities Under Section 130 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956—Manawatu District Council—1993 Roading Loan ($435,000)—1993 Stormwater Loan ($115,000)

Take notice that I, William Francis Birch, Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 130 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, being satisfied that Manawatu ratepayers will not be disadvantaged, hereby validate all proceedings commenced or taken by The Manawatu District Council in the raising of the 1993 Roading Loan ($435,000) and the 1993 Stormwater Loan ($115,000).
