integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Michael Park School, Auckland.
The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 1st day of May 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 6–10 Nugent Street, Grafton, Auckland.

Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the Te Aute Trust Board, the proprietor of the following school:
Hukarere School, Napier.
The said integration agreement was executed on the 28th day of April 1995. A copy of the agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the national office of the Ministry of Education, Pipitea Street, Wellington.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY FROM 1 JULY 1995 WHERE A PERSON CONNECTED TO THE NATIONAL GRID TAKES ELECTRICITY GENERATED OR MADE AVAILABLE BY ECNZ WHICH IS NOT SUPPLIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH A CONTRACT WITH ECNZ OR AN ALTERNATIVE SUPPLIER.
1. INTERPRETATION
In these Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
“Alternative Supplier” means a person other than ECNZ who makes available Electricity for supply;
“Bank Bill Bid Rate” means the New Zealand dollar bank bill 90 day bid rate (rounded upwards to the nearest second decimal place) as appearing at 11.00 a.m. or as soon as practicable thereafter on the relevant day in Wellington on page BKBM of the Reuters screen;
“Business Day” means any day of the week other than a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday as observed in Wellington;
“Conditions” means this document including the Schedule;
“De-energise” means the movement of any isolator, breaker or switch or the removal of any fuse or link whereby no Electricity can flow to or from the relevant Network or, where appropriate, part thereof;
“Default Rate” means the Bank Bill Bid Rate plus five per cent per annum;
“ECNZ” means Electricity Corporation of New Zealand Limited a duly incorporated company having its registered office in Wellington together with its successors and assigns;
“ECNZ’s System” means the generators, transformers and other electrical facilities on ECNZ’s side of the points at which it injects Electricity into the National Grid;
“Electricity” means electrical energy as measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh);
“G.S.T.” means goods and services tax payable pursuant to the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985 or any similar tax levied in substitution therefor;
“Half Hour” means any period of 30 consecutive minutes commencing on the hour or at thirty minutes past the hour;
“Metering Equipment” means metering equipment for the purpose of measuring Electricity sales including, but not limited to:
(a) active and reactive energy meters with pulsing output;
(b) current transformers;
(c) voltage transformers;
(d) Half Hour integrating pulse recorders using external or internal clocks; and
(e) associated equipment (including wiring).
“Month” means a calendar month and “Monthly” shall be construed accordingly;
“National Grid” means the plant, transmission lines and other facilities (including but not limited to all associated civil works and fixtures) operated by the National Grid Manager which interconnect the points where Electricity is injected by ECNZ and the Points of Output Connection of all those persons having plant of any kind whatsoever connected to such facilities for the purpose of injecting or receiving Electricity;
“National Grid Manager” means the person for the time being operating the National Grid;
“Points of Output Connection” means the outgoing terminals of the feeder circuit breaker at the facilities where the Purchaser uplifts, or arranges for the uplift of Electricity from the National Grid;
“Purchaser” means any person taking a supply of Electricity (which is generated or made available by ECNZ) from the National Grid other than in accordance with a formal supply contract with ECNZ or with an Alternative Supplier;
“Reconciliation Agreement” means the Metering and Reconciliation Information Agreement between, amongst others, ECNZ and National Grid Manager which, amongst other things, provides for the appointment of an independent third party (which may
