Appointment of Commissioner

Pursuant to section 106 (1) (c) of the Education Act 1989, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education for the reason that there was no election to the board of trustees, I hereby dissolve the Puranuku School Board of Trustees and appoint Pat Campbell as Commissioner to act in its place.

Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 95 of the Education Act 1989, I publish the following notice:

Notice

1. This notice shall be cited as the Weymouth Centre School Board of Trustees Notice 1995. This notice shall take effect on 17 May 1995.

2. The Weymouth Centre School Board of Trustees shall be constituted as follows:

• three members nominated by the Department of Social Welfare and appointed by the Minister of Education;
• up to two further members may be co-opted by the board.

3. The requirements for the composition of the Weymouth Centre School Board of Trustees, as a special institution
