Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company from Register

The Companies Act 1955

Take notice that Shakelee International is to apply to the Registrar of Companies to request that Shakelee New Zealand Limited, be removed from the Register under section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds set out in section 293 (2) (a) of that Act, namely that the company (which is solvent) has ceased to carry on business, has discharged its liabilities in full to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association and the Companies Act 1955.

The registered office of the company is Level Six, Tower One, the Shortland Centre, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland.

Objections to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 9 June 1995.

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955

1. Take notice that it is intended to remove Ladybird Cab Company Limited (“the company”) from the New Zealand Register under section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, on the ground that it has no surplus assets after paying all its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 211 of this Act for an order putting the company into liquidation.

2. The company’s registered office is at First Floor, AMP Centre, Grey Street, Wellington.

3. Anyone wishing to object, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955 to the removal, must deliver his or her objection to the Registrar of Companies by the 8th day of June 1995.

Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Below Company From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Terminal Computing Limited (in liquidation):

Public notice is given that pursuant to section 293 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar of Companies must remove Terminal Computing Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated on the Ground Floor, General Building, 29–31 Shortland Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register, on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies thereby completing the liquidation, pursuant to section 219 of the Act.

Unless, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by the 12th day of June 1995 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.
