James Walton Ross and Debra Anne Ross, directors of Tauranga on the 28th day of April 1995 appointed Thomas Haines Wilson and Barrie Miles Owen, chartered accountants, both of Tauranga, as receivers and managers of the property of Travel Associates Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 21st day of January 1993, which property consists of the company’s undertaking and all its property, both present and future, including uncalled capital, unpaid capital and goodwill.
