Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of members will be held at the offices of Kent + Little, Chartered Accountants, 29 Queen Street, Levin on Thursday, the 25th day of May 1995 at 1.30 p.m.

Business:

1. To consider the liquidator’s account of how the winding up has been conducted and the property disposed of.
2. To consider the following resolutions:
   (a) "That the Registrar be informed that the liquidation is completed and that the company should be dissolved."
   (b) "That the books and records of the company and of the liquidator be destroyed."

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidators of Tamaki Maori Development Authority Inc. Limited (in liquidation), which is being wound up by order of the High Court, does hereby fix the 22nd day of May 1995, as the day on or before which the creditors of the authority are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Note: Wage Claims

The records of the above authority held by the liquidators are not complete. Consequently claimants in respect of wages and holiday pay must file a proof of debt for their claims to be recognised.
