Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with certificate of title No. 48B/46, North Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the portion of stopped road firstly described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 77A/300, and the portions of stopped road secondly and thirdly described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 93C/222 subject to, respectively, the encumbrances registered on the certificates of title on the date of registration of this notice in the North Auckland Land Registry Office.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road and Road Stopped and Vested—Waiomoko Road, Whangara—Gisborne District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of November 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 1st day of December 1994, No. 130, page 3887, under the heading “Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped and Vested—Waiomoko Road, Whangara—Gisborne District” by substituting the mortgage No. 456641.1 in recital (b)i. with mortgage No. 187906.2 and including Encumbrance No. 87400 in recital (b)ii. together with Mortgage No. 199389.3 and also substituting R. H. Winmill, District Solicitor with R. H. Winmill, District Manager.

Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Whakaahu Stream, Patutahi, Gisborne District

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the road described in the Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

(a) The area marked “A” (now known as Section 3, S.O. 8735), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 4D/288.

(b) The areas marked “E” and “G” (now known as Sections 4 and 5, S.O. 8735 respectively) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3B/1159.

(c) The areas marked “L”, “N”, “P”, “M” and “O” (now known as Sections 2, 8 and 9 and part Section 1, S.O. 8735 respectively) shall remain vested in The Gisborne District Council.

(d) The areas marked “H” (now known as Section 6, S.O. 8735) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 4B/750, subject to mortgage No. 137201.1.

(e) The area marked “I” (now known as Section 7, S.O. 8735) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 99/158, subject to mortgage No. 176726.3 and 176726.4.
