Under the Companies Special Investigations Act 1958, between Frederick Nelson Watson and John Gilmour Tuck, both chartered accountants of Auckland—Plaintiff:

And—Tricorp Nominee Company Limited (in receivership) and others—Defendant:

Take notice that on Tuesday, the 21st day of March 1995, an application was filed in the High Court at Auckland by Frederick Nelson Watson and John Gilmour Tuck, as statutory receivers of the following companies for the liquidation by the High Court of Tricorp Nominee Company Limited, Tricorp Joint Ventures Limited, Trenor Investments Limited, Tenor Investments BOP Limited, Tenor Leasing Limited, Tenor Agencies Limited, Moda Secura Limited and Kempton Maxwell Limited, all of which are in statutory receivership.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 28 April 1995 at 10.30 a.m.

The application also seeks the appointment of Frederick Nelson Watson and John Gilmour Tuck as liquidators of all these companies and also seeks orders pooling the liquidation of all these companies together with Tricorp Investments Limited (in liquidation).

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicants are Frederick Nelson Watson and John Gilmour Tuck, whose address for service is the offices of Phillips Fox, Solicitors, Twenty-Second Floor, Phillips Fox Tower, 209 Queen Street, Auckland.

Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the applicants or the applicants’ solicitor.
