Take notice that application is to be made to the Registrar of Companies to request that Jetabout Holidays Limited be removed from the Register under section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds set out in section 293 (2) (a) of that Act, namely that the company (which is solvent) has ceased to carry on business, has discharged its liabilities in full to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association and the Companies Act 1955.

Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Delaware Developments Limited (in liquidation) (formerly Newmans Tours Limited):

Public notice is given that the liquidator has in compliance with section 231 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, thereby completing the liquidation of the above company, pursuant to section 219 of the Act.

Accordingly, the Registrar of Companies must remove Delaware Developments Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at the offices of Smith Chilcott, Chartered Accountants, First Floor, General Buildings, 29 Shortland Street, Auckland, from the Register, pursuant to section 231 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 unless, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by the 26th day of May 1995 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice).
