Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 April 1993, which was granted under those regulations to Robyn Chadwick in respect of Te Puawaitanga Te Kohanga Reo, 17 Lander Street, Flaxmere.

The centre has closed voluntarily as from 30 June 1994.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 May 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Te Kohanga Reo O Te Wairoa Unit (1), 35 Kitchener Street, Wairoa.

The centre is re-establishing on a new site as from 16 December 1994, and has reverted to a developing Kohanga Reo.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
