Declaring Stopped Road to be Added to Land Held for the Purposes of a Road in the District of Buller

Pursuant to sections 117 (7) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares:

(a) The portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the land held for the purposes of a road and contained in certificate of title, Volume 73, folio 65 and which shall be amalgamated with the land in the said certificate of title.

(b) The portion of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be added to the land held for the purposes of a road and contained in certificate of title, Volume 93, folio 123 and which shall be amalgamated with the land in the said certificate of title.
