Cancellation of Appointment of Receiver
Adlam & Brownlong Limited as debenture holder over the assets of Fontaine Enterprises Limited has cancelled the appointment of receiver over the lease of a restaurant known as the Giggling Marlin in the Maritime Building, Paihia, as notified in notice 1797, published 16 March 1995.
