Land Declared No Longer Needed for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949, and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, John Graeme Simpson, National Property Manager, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
This notice shall come into force on 7 April 1995.

Health and Disability Services Act 1993

Appointments to the Northern Regional Health Authority

Pursuant to section 35 (2) of the Health and Disability Services Act 1993, the following persons are hereby appointed as directors of the Northern Regional Health Authority for terms commencing on the 7th day of April 1995 and expiring, in the case of each person, on the date specified below in respect of that person:
