to the Register of Companies.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 303 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the companies were still carrying on business at the time they were removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of any of these companies to the Register must deliver notice of that objection to the Registrar on or before 4 May 1995.

The companies hereby give notice of their intention to amalgamate, pursuant to section 209 of the Companies Act 1955.

A copy of the amalgamation proposal (the “proposal”) is available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of any of the companies at the registered offices of any of the companies during normal business hours.
