Harbours Act 1950
Sale of Greymouth Harbour Land
Pursuant to Part IV of the Harbours Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Secretary of Transport, the General Manager Policy, having obtained pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Act, the concurrence of the Secretary to the Treasury under delegation from the Minister of Finance, hereby approves pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Grey District Council and specifies that this approval is effective from the date of this notice.
Schedule
All that parcel of land containing 8094 square metres, more or less, situate in the Borough of Brunner, being Section 7, Block XXXII, Town of Dobson and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 5A, folio 1209 (Westland Registry).

Land Vested in Landcorp Investments Limited
Pursuant to section 24 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, and to an authorisation dated 15 May 1992, from the Ministers of Finance and State-Owned Enterprises, the Director (Statutory), Department of Survey and Land Information, hereby gives notice as follows:
Notice
-
Title—This notice may be cited as the Landcorp Investments Limited Vesting Notice 1995 No. 3.

Application—(1) This notice applies to all the land described in the Schedule to this notice, saving and excepting:
(a) The bed of any lake whose bed has an area of 8 hectares or more.
(b) The bed of any river whose bed has an average width of 3 metres or more.
(c) Any land covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at mean spring tides.
(2) In subclause (1) of this clause, the terms “bed”, “lake” and “river” have the meanings assigned to them by section 2 (1) of the Resource Management Act 1991.

Vesting—Subject to section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987, the land to which this notice applies shall vest for an estate in fee simple in Landcorp Investments Limited (a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955, having its registered office at Wellington and being a State enterprise within the meaning of section 29 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986) on the 30th day of March 1995.
(i) Together with the appurtenant rights (if any) described in the Schedule to this notice; but,
(ii) Subject to the rights, interests and encumbrances (if any) to which it is described in the Schedule to this notice as being subject.
