In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and in the matter of Winstone (Northland) Limited and Stoneacre Holdings Limited

Pursuant to section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and subsequent to the directors having resolved that each of the above-named companies would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts, Leonard Smith, business consultant of Pakuranga, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by a special resolution on the 17th day of March 1995, by means of an entry in the minute book of the company, pursuant to the provisions of section 362 of the Companies Act 1955.
