David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, chartered accountants, both of Christchurch, whose office address is at the firm of Grant Thornton, Chartered Accountants, Eighth Floor, AMP Centre, Cathedral Square (P.O. Box 2099), Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 1st day of March 1995, they were appointed by Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited to be jointly and severally receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of Aga Investments Limited charged by a certain debenture dated 1 April 1993, given by Aga Investments Limited in favour of Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited, Cash Wholesalers (South Island) Limited and Foodstuffs (South Island) Properties Limited.
