Public Works Act 1981
Road Stopped in Waipa District
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59109, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 31C/167, South Auckland Land Registry.

412 square metres, situated in Block X, Alexandra Survey District, adjoining Lot 1, D.P. S. 34948; as shown marked "A" on S.O. Plan 59109, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waipa District Council.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road in Hauraki District
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration dated the 7th day of February 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 February 1995, No. 12 at page 297, acquiring land for road in Hauraki District by deleting the land secondly described and substituting:
- "1852 Part Koromatua No.1A Block; marked "B" on plan.
- 22 Part Bed of Koutiti Stream; marked "C" on plan.
- 60 Part Ngaruawahia Block; marked "D" on plan."

Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Thames-Coromandel District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
