Stephen James Harkness, sales manager of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 12th day of March 1995, he was appointed as the receiver and manager of the property of S J Nyberg Limited under the powers contained in a debenture given in favour of Andrew William Glennie dated the 15th day of August 1994, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said S J Nyberg Limited.

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Colin Thomas McCloy and John Anthony Waller, hereby give notice that on 10 March 1995, we were appointed by the National Bank of New Zealand Limited jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Personal Computer Power (1985) Limited under the power contained in a deed dated 8 July 1986.

The receivers and managers have been appointed over the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets, wheresoever and whatsoever situate, both present and future, including its uncalled capital.
