Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of shareholders on the 3rd day of March 1995, the shareholders passed a special resolution:

That a declaration of solvency having been duly filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily and Mr Ronald Leslie Bavage, chartered accountant of Wellsford, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
