Take notice that Adam & Brownlong Limited, have appointed James Lamb of 14 Bayview Road, Paihia, businessman as the receiver of the tenant’s rights under a lease between Fontaine Enterprises Limited as tenant and Far North District Council as landlord concerning the property known as The Giggling Marlin Restaurant, Marsden Road, Paihia.
