Corrigendum

Officers in the Christchurch City Council Authorised to Take Statutory Declarations

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 February 1995, No. 14, page 458, advising of the appointment of officers in The Christchurch City Council to take statutory declarations, the designation “Property Manager” incorrectly appears twice in the Schedule. The second entry should read “Housing Manager” which last-mentioned designation appears in the original warrant signed by Hon. D. A. M. Graham, Minister of Justice.

Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport:

I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager Air Services, hereby give notice that an application has been made, in terms of sections 14 and 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, for amendments to the International Air Service Licence issued to Air New Zealand Limited to de-specify points in Australia and to enable the airline to operate to Nagoya via Nadi in its own right and beyond Fiji to Papeete.

Further details of this proposal are available from me at the Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington. Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward the representations to reach me on or before 30 March 1995.
