Amending a Notice Realining Road, Masterton District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 7 January 1994, realining road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 January 1994, No. 4 at page 128, deleting the recitals relating to the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Schedules and substituting the following:

That the road described in the Second Schedule hereto hereby stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title 44C/122 subject to certificate B. 323626.1;

That the road described in the Third Schedule hereto hereby stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title 44C/122 subject to certificate B. 323626.1;

That the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto hereby severance and amalgamated with certificate of title 44C/122 subject to certificate B. 323626.1;

That the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto hereby severance and amalgamated with certificate of title 44C/126; and

That the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto hereby severance and amalgamated with certificate of title 44C/126.
