Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport:

I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager Air Services, hereby give notice that an application has been made, in terms of sections 14 and 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, for an amendment to the International Air Service Licence issued to Air Pacific Limited to enable the airline to operate to New Zealand optionally via one point in the South Pacific Islands.
