Dissolution of Board of Trustees and Appointment of a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 106 (1) (aa) of the Education Act 1989, and acting under delegated authority from the Secretary of Education, I hereby dissolve the Awarua Primary School Board of Trustees and appoint Rewiti Pomare Kingi Paraone as Commissioner to act in its place.

This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licences dated 1 February 1994 and 10 March 1994, which were granted under those regulations to Karen Mackill, in respect of Beehive 1 Preschool, 303 Ormond Road, Gisborne, and Beehive 2 Preschool, Norman/Roebuck Roads, Gisborne.

The preschools amalgamated 7 February 1995, as the Gisborne Montessori Preschool at 207 Ormond Road, Gisborne.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 October 1990, which was granted under those regulations to Susan Roberta Doolan, in respect of Christopher Robin Kindergarten, situated at 22 Kesteven Avenue, Glendowie, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following schools:

Hawke’s Bay Adventist School.
Auckland Adventist School.

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on the 10th day of February 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 6–10 Nugent Street, Auckland or 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.

St Joseph’s School, Pleasant Point.
