Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Waitakere City Council on the 13th day of February 1995:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Waitakere City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.”
