Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for the Purpose of a Motorway District of Kapiti Coast

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington hereby amends the notice dated 4 August 1995, acquiring land for motorway purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 August 1995, No. 81 at page 2247 by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following:

Declaring Road Stopped in the Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the parts of the road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area shown “A” on S.O. Plan 24274 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 399/47.

(ii) The area shown “B” on S.O. Plan 24274 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1D/1180.

Declaring Land Acquired for Better Utilisation and Declaring Land Set Apart for Laying Out New Road to be Transferred for Recreation Reserve and Declaring Land Acquired in Connection With a Road to be Transferred for Recreation Reserve in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:

(1) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for better utilisation and shall vest in the Crown on the 7th day of December 1995.

(2) Pursuant to section 20 and section 50, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for recreation reserve and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 7th day of December 1995.
