Notice of Entry Into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1993

Take notice that on the 29th day of November 1995, Bank of New Zealand by virtue of statutory ships mortgage dated 16 November 1993, entered into possession of the fishing vessel Belinda, being the 34.8 metre steel-hulled fishing vessel and all fishing, electronic and other machinery and equipment on the vessel (situate in the Port of Wellington).

The registered office of Bank of New Zealand is BNZ Centre, 1 Willis Street, Wellington.

Any correspondence pertaining to this matter should be directed to Buddle Findlay, solicitors for the mortgagee at P.O. Box 2694 or D.X. S.P. 20-201, Wellington (Attention: G. J. Toebes).
