Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Vested – State Highway No. 5, Omarowha Road, Hastings District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act, shall form part of State Highway No. 5 and shall vest in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

(i) The area marked “E” now known as Section 1, S.O. 10637, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P4/456.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Set Apart for a Public School in the Central Otago District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Business Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of October 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 October 1995, No. 117 at page 3684, declaring land set apart for a public school in the Central Otago District by deleting all reference to the land secondly described in the Schedule.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Business Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for a public school.

All that piece of land containing 1856 square metres, being part Sections 43 and 44, Block II, Town of Naseby. All certificate of title, Volume 88, folio 160.
