Land Acquired for Local Purposes (Scenic) Reserve in North Shore City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for local purpose (scenic) reserve and shall vest in The North Shore City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette and that the right of way easement in gross created by transfer B. 776896.4, North Auckland Land Registry shall merge and surrender in the fee simple herein acquired.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested in The District of Tasman

Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that:

(i) The portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11B/518, subject to memorandum of mortgage 236034.4.

(ii) The portion of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11B/519, subject to memorandum of mortgage 236034.4.
