Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for the Purpose of a Conservation Park

Pursuant to section 18 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, Department of Conservation, declares the land described in the Schedule which is held under the Conservation Act 1987, for conservation purposes, to be held for the purpose of a conservation park and shall form part of the Ruahine Forest Park.
