ROYAL NEW ZEALAND NAVAL VOLUNTEER RESERVE

The appointment of Lieutenant Commander R.P. Thomas, B.A., LL.B., is extended until 10 August 2002.

The seniority of Lieutenant M.G.C. Stephens, V.R.D., B.A., LL.B., is post-dated to 18 January 1986 with effect from 25 July 1995 and his appointment is extended until 19 January 2001.

The appointment of Chaplain J.A. Withers, L.TH., is extended until 31 March 1998.

Lieutenant G.H. Burt, V.R.D., to be Lieutenant Commander with seniority and effect from 15 August 1995.

The appointment of Lieutenant A.T. Smyth is extended until 30 September 1999.

Acting Lieutenant Commander P.W. Regan, B.A., to be Lieutenant Commander with seniority from 1 January 1995 and effect from 29 May 1995.

The appointment of Lieutenant W.N. Smith is extended until 22 November 1997.

Lieutenant B.J. Bennett, B.Sc., is transferred from the Inactive List and her seniority is post-dated to 1 September 1994 with effect from 1 March 1995.

Sub Lieutenant C.M. Henshaw to be Lieutenant with seniority from 1 July 1993 and effect from 1 August 1995.

Sub Lieutenant T.B. McCall to be Lieutenant with seniority and effect from 1 July 1993; and his seniority is post-dated to 1 July 1994 with effect from 29 May 1995.

Sub Lieutenant N.E. O’Flaherty, B.A., is transferred to the Inactive List of the RNZNVR with effect from 13 February 1995.
