Pursuant to section 32 of the Defence Act 1990, Her Excellency the Governor-General has approved the following appointments, promotions, extensions, transfers, resignations and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Army.

Captain Brenden James Lyons is transferred to the Army Reserve, General List of Officers, with effect from 1 September 1995.

Captain Ian Wentworth Anderson, M.S.M.(CAN.), CDF, is appointed to the Regular Force on a fixed engagement terminating on 26 October 2005 in the rank of Captain, with seniority from 9 June 1989 and effect from 9 June 1995.

Acting Captain K.G.A. Scott to be Captain with seniority from 22 June 1995 and effect from 2 November 1995.
