Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (17) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of November 1995, the Bank of New Zealand Limited hereby appointed Messrs Rodney Gane Pardington and Russell Stuart Hay, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Benchmark Jewellery (1990) Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 31st day of July 1991, given by that company.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal properties and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled but unpaid capital.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Tower Two, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland.
