3. STANDARD PRICE
For the purposes of paragraph 2, the Standard Price for a Point of Output Connection in the North Island for each Half Hour during each Billing Period shall be calculated as follows:
SPh = Ph × AC
Where:
SPh = Standard Price for that Half Hour at Haywards in the case of a Point of Output Connection in the North Island
Ph = the greater of:
(a) EPyh; and
(b) EWwh
EPyh = Year Ahead Price for that Half Hour at Haywards
EWwh = Weekly Notified Charge for that Half Hour at Haywards
AC = AC factor for the Point of Output Connection at which Electricity is drawn off from the National Grid

SPb = Pb × AC
Where:
SPb = Standard Price for that Half Hour at Benmore in the case of a Point of Output Connection in the South Island
Pb = the greater of:
(a) EPyb; and
(b) EWwb
EPyb = Year Ahead Price for that Half Hour at Benmore
EWwb = Weekly Notified Charge for that Half Hour at Benmore
