Take notice that on the 3rd day of February 1995, we, John Arold Gaukrodger of Hamilton and Graeme Robert Finch of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed receivers of Stuart Holm Motors Waikato Limited by Trust Bank Auckland Limited, pursuant to a debenture dated the 27th day of June 1994.

Notice is hereby given that Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Gerard James Hulst, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Cumberland Development Limited on the 2nd day of February 1995 under the powers contained in debentures dated 19 December 1990 and 8 October 1994.
