In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and Formex International Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the company will be held at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Twenty-ninth Floor, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland 1, at 11.00 a.m. on the 30th day of November 1995, for the purpose of:

(a) Having accounts laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of during the liquidation.

(b) Hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidators.
