Take notice that on the 6th day of October 1995, an application for putting company into liquidation by the Court of Carmen Holdings Limited (previously Creelman Engineering Limited) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Tuesday, the 28th day of November 1995 at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
