The advertisements of liquidation proceedings appearing on Thursday, 9 November 1995, in respect of Whiteman Export Limited and Tempest Consultant No.2 Limited were published in error and contrary to instructions received by the New Zealand Gazette that the said advertisements were withdrawn from publication. The said advertisements were of no effect and may be disregarded for all purposes. Both companies remain solvent and continue to enjoy a profitable trading position.
