(c) Marlborough Sounds:
Those waters of the Southern Scallop Fishery which lie east of longitude 173° 50′ E other than those waters enclosed by a straight line from the northernmost point of Nile Head at 40° 38.8′ S, 173° 08.5′ E to the northernmost point of Cape Stephens at 40° 41.7′ S, 173° 57.5′ E and then back along the mean high water mark to the point of commencement.
- Cancellation of Previous Notice—The Fisheries (Southern Scallop Fishery Rotational Fishing) Notice (No. F3) published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 27th day of July 1995, Issue No. 73 at page 1973 is hereby cancelled.

Amendment to Notice Declaring Offices at Which Fishing Vessels May Be Registered and Appointing Registrars of Fisheries (No. F13)
Pursuant to section 56 of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Acting Manager Fisheries Services, Ministry of Fisheries, acting pursuant to a delegated authority, hereby gives the following notice:

Commencement—This notice comes into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amendment to Expiry Date of Registrars of Fisheries—The Notice Declaring Offices at Which Fishing Vessels May be Registered and Appointing Registrars of Fisheries (No. F8) appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on 19 October 1995, No. 117 at page 3673, is hereby amended by revoking the expiry date of appointment as a Registrar of Fisheries relating to the designated officers of the Ministry of Fisheries listed below, and substituting the following expiry date of appointment as a Registrar of Fisheries:

The Fisheries (Cancellation of Crown Quota for Blue Cod) Notice 1995 (No. F14)
Pursuant to section 28U (6) of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries hereby gives the following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Cancellation of Crown Quota for Blue Cod) Notice 1995.
(2) This notice shall come into effect on the 9th day of November 1995.

Interpretation—In this notice any reference to a Quota Management Area means the appropriate Quota Management Area as defined in the Second Schedule to the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas Total Allowable Catches and Catch Histories) Notice 1986/267.

Cancellation of Crown holdings for blue cod—(1) Pursuant to section 28OD (1) of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries has cancelled Crown holdings of 5.855 tonnes of individual transferable quota for blue cod in Quota Management Area 7 Challenger/Central (Plateau).
(2) The Total Allowable Commercial catch for blue cod in this area is accordingly reduced in the manner specified in clause 2 of the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Notice 1986, Amendment No. 13 (S.R. 1995/196).
