Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that International Agriculture Pty Limited, a member of Everfresh Packaging Company Limited (“the company”), the registered office of which is at Normanvale, Kurow, North Otago, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 293 of the Companies Act 1955 (“the Act”) for the removal from the Register of Companies.

The grounds on which International Agriculture Pty Limited intends to base its application are that:

(a) The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts; and

(b) No creditor has applied to the Court under section 211 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.

Unless written objection to the company’s removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by Friday, 8 December 1995 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
